The following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the memory course
Q. When I try to register the course after downloading it says my PIN Code is Invalid!
A. Make sure you have actually entered the PIN Code issued to you and not the Order ID. The PIN Code is the code you see half way down the Order Status page after entering your Order ID and email address
Q. What is the link to the Order Status page?
A. The Order Status page can be found at: http://www.memorypower.org/orderstatus.php
Q. I get a "Server name or address could not be resolved" message when I enter my PIN Code into the course.
A. You have firewall software installed that is blocking the course from accessing the server to validate the PIN Code. Either temporarily disable the firewall or set up a rule to allow the course through the firewall. Examples of firewall programs are Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm, McAfee Internet Security Suite etc.
Q. I just purchased your course what is the next step for downloading the information?
A. Visit the Order Status page and enter your Order ID and email address and click on the View Order Status button. A set of instructions will appear. Please read these instructions carefully.
Q. The course was running fine until I closed it and when I next opened it, it asked me to register again!
A. It seems that some sort of software on your machine has blocked the course from having access to the Windows Registry.
Q. What is the PIN Code?
A. The PIN Code is the code you need to register the course when it is accessed for the first time. You can find the PIN Code half way down the Order Status page upon entering your Order ID and email address. Make a note of the PIN Code somewhere as it is compulsory to use it in order to gain access to the course once downloaded. |
